Candy crush level 31 is made complicated by the existence of 14 jellies locked away in groups of two at the top of the screen. The only way to remove the jellies is with combos generated at the bottom of the screen.

There isn't much else to it. It might just take time.

Plan every move ahead, to generate as many special candies as possible.
